As a dude, I'm not as hip to the face scrub game as others but this one is great. No harmful side effects and my skin feels fresh afterwards. My gf is also impressed by it and recommends this scrub. Solid choice and a good price overall.
It exfoliates better than any scrub I have ever found; it works great, but should not be applied with too much pressure, just very light circular motions as too much force can damage the skin’s cells. Anyway, you can be super gentle with it and it still cleans away the dirt.

This is my no.1 face scrub now. I love that it has good ingredients; it doesn't break me out at all. I use it every other day in the shower and I really feel like it gets all the dead skin gone from the whole body, which is great as it reduces breakouts.
