How to use
Take 1-2 capsules daily preferably with meals.You can also choose to take on an empty stomach. Can be taken at once or 1 capsule 30 mins before breakfast and 1 capsule 30 mins before dinner. Taking on an empty stomach helps the body to fully absorb the capsules. Each bottle contains 60 capsules.
